Coach Emma's journey in the realm of fitness has been an integral part of her life from an early age. Growing up, she actively participated in a wide range of sports, embracing the active lifestyle that would shape her future. With a passion for health and wellness, Emma embarked on a path in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer while pursuing her studies in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics at Rhodes University in South Africa. It was during this time that she serendipitously discovered CrossFit, an encounter that ignited a deep passion and eventually transformed into her full-time career. Having gained experience coaching in Hong Kong and subsequently establishing her own Affiliate in South Africa, Emma realised the profound significance of nutrition, not only for optimising performance but also for attaining overall health and well-being.

In recent years, Emma's journey took an immersive dive into the world of nutrition, driven by her desire to heal her own body naturally. Embracing the belief in the power of whole foods as a form of medicine, she became an advocate for utilising nutrition to restore balance, particularly in relation to hormones and performance optimisation.

As a Nutrition coach, Emma aspires to inspire others to develop a profound love for food and recognise the myriad benefits of a well-balanced diet. Her ultimate goal is to equip her clients with the necessary tools to cultivate healthy and sustainable habits that will extend far beyond the duration of their coaching journey. By sharing her expertise and insights, Emma empowers individuals to embark on transformative paths, enabling them to embrace a lifelong commitment to wellness.
